Honor our Active Duty and Veterans
Seven Oaks Property Owners’ Association (SOPOA) believes in community engagement and keeping our residents informed. There are four items the board is excited to share with our residents.
1) Annual Graduation Sign Display

2) Active Duty Military and Veterans

3) Fining Procedure

4) Electronic AMR’s
Residents have requested a simple and easy way of completing AMR’s. A few years ago, we instituted the ability to complete AMR’s on our web site where now over 90% of AMRs are completed. Electronic AMR’s are more efficient and approval is faster. To ensure consistency, we have decided to retire our paper AMR form. If you do not have computer access or should you need assistance completing an AMR form, contact Amy Herrick and she will help with proper submission.
