Architectural Modification Request (AMR) Form
Homeowners are required to complete an AMR Form prior to making exterior modifications to their home or property. Completed forms are reviewed by the DRC (Design Review Committee) of Seven Oaks. The DRC will make a determination indicating if the request is Approved, Not Approved, or if more information is needed by the DRC Committee. Do not start a project prior to receiving DRC approval.

AMR forms may be completed online (see below). Manually completed forms must be sent to Associa Gulf Coast for processing and may take longer for approval. (Click here to download the AMR form for manual submission.)
AMR's can take up to 30 days for approval. Online submissions are expedited while manual submissions may take longer for approval.
