Architectural Modification Request (AMR) Form
The AMR Form, is the form used for homeowners to apply for permission to do any kind of exterior modifications on their home or property. After completion, it should be sent to Associa Gulf Coast for processing by the DRC (Design Review Committee) of Seven Oaks. The homeowner will then be notified that their request has been Approved, Not Approved, or if more information is needed, by the DRC Committee. All information concerning modifications can be found in the Design Guidelines, or you can contact Amy Herrick our Property Manager, at email@example.com.
You may complete the online form below, or click the button below to view, download or print the AMR form. AMR's can take up to 30 days for approval. Home Owners should not start any project until their AMR is approved.
